the iPhone 6 screen that have leaked online recently prove it can take a knocking and keep on rocking. But a fresh clip reveals that it’s far from indestructible.
The video, which is the work of a Chinese tech site and was brought to our attention by the French Apple-fans at Nowhereelse.fr, shows the handset being assaulted with a Stanley knife and smashed with a hammer.
It’s then stress-tested by bending it into shapes are frankly unnatural. On each occasion, the 4.7-inch iPhone 6’s display comes out the other end as good as new.
But, unlike yesterday’s clip from Sonny Dickson, this time around the screen doesn’t make it through the clip unscathed. When a car runs over it, the display finally gives up the ghost and shatters into sad shards.
